Our normal business hours are Monday thru Saturday 1 P.M - 6 P.M. Pacific time. Order may be called in during these hours to: 1-253-691-9371. Please have stock numbers and description ready of all items when you call.  

24 Hour Fax Order: 

Please down load the fax form from our website located on the right hand side of the website, fill in all the information and fax it back to 360-893-5626.

Product availability: 

Each item listing will indicate if it is In Stock or Out of Stock. All Pre-Order items will say Pre-Order in the products discritption along with an ETA of the item.  We will inform you of any backorder items with your order confirmation.

In stock items: 

These items typically ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.  If you supplied us with an email address, we will send you a tracking number when your item is shipped to you. 

Preorders:
If an item is on preorder it will state this in  red  on the detail description page. The date displayed is the latest release information we have from the manufacturer.  You will not be billed for any preorders until the item is ready to ship if you purchase it by a fax or phone order. If no date is given for a preorder item, then the manufacturer has not been able to tell us when it is expected.  All release dates are projected and will change more times than not.  We ask for your patience and understanding as this is out of our control.
