Shipping / Returns

Shipping: 

We are connected to real time shipping rates for the shipping companies we work with, you will be able to choose the one that saves you the most money. We are not responsible for any customs charges issued by other countries outside the United States. We are located in the Puget Sound area of Washington State (Graham) and wil call orders are allowed with prior approval.

Returns:
We take care to ensure you are happy with your purchase.  This starts with descriptions and pictures on the website and continues through to the careful packing of your order.  If you need to return an item, please email us at 
Sales@MiniMuscleCars.Com  or call us at 253-691-9371 during our normal business hours.  Please include the order number, model number and a short description of the item you need to return as well as the reason for the return. All returns will be subject to a 25% restock charge, we will not refund any of the shipping charges either way.

Defects:

We try our best to ensure your item is received undamaged.  As a rule, we do not open items prior to shipping.  If the item is in packaging that allows viewing of the product, then it is inspected for obvious manufacturing defects e.g. parts missing or broken off, major paint defects. In cases of a defective item for reasons stated above (not due to shipping) we are happy arrange an exchange.

Shipping Damage:

There are times that you may receive an item that was damaged during delivery.  Please keep all packaging and materials and call us immediately if this happens to you. In any event, we will make every effort to ensure you receive an undamaged item.

Unsatisfied: 

If you decide you just simply do not like an item, we will take the item back for a credit within 14 days of the purchase.  The item must be returned to us in re-sellable condition.  This means the item must be unopened, the box must arrive to us undamaged and all shipping straps must be in place.
